From Niederwangen to the world: THE COMPANY EVENT as guest of mb-microtec

How does a successful international expansion work? And what are the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of internationalization? On Thursday, January 23rd, 2020, the topic "Internationalization out of the idyll" is the focus of attention in Niederwangen. mb-microtec, the Bernese discoverer and inventor of the self-luminous technology trigalight, acts as host of the annual business event and invites like-minded people to exchange knowledge and experience.

Founded in 1969 in Niederwangen near Bern, the Swiss company mb-microtec is today the global market leader in the development, manufacture and production of self-luminous gas light sources under the brand name trigalight. mb-microtec exports around 90 percent of its goods while all development and production still take place under one roof in Niederwangen where the company was born. "Switzerland is the ideal business location", says mb-microtec CEO Roger Siegenthaler. "Political stability, well-trained specialists and the resulting endless opportunities for development and production are just some of the reasons that speak for our country.
